Return & Exchange Policy

Diamond Jewelry

Exchange Policy:

• From the date of purchase up to one month, a one-time exchange can be made for the same value, provided the item is in its original condition and the invoice is present.
• From three months up to six months, an exchange can be made with a 15% deduction from the original value.
• From six months up to one year, an exchange can be made with a 25% deduction from the original value.
• After one year, diamond jewelry will be evaluated by the management of John Najarian Fine Jewelry.

Refund Policy:

• Within one week of purchase, a one-time refund may be made for the same value, provided that the piece is in its original condition and the invoice is available.
• From one week to one year, 25% of the original value is deducted upon refund.
• After one year, diamond jewelry pieces to be refunded are evaluated by John Najarian management team, over a period of no less than three days.

Diamond solitaires

Exchange Policy:

• Within one year of purchase, production costs and 5% of the original value are deducted upon exchange, provided that the diamond solitaire is in its original condition and the invoice and certificate are available -taking into account international diamond prices.

Refund Policy:

• Within one week of purchase, the same value is refunded, provided that the diamond solitaire is in its original condition and the certificate and invoice are available.
• Within one year of purchase,10% of the original value of the diamond solitaire is deducted, provided that the diamond is in its original condition and the certificate and invoice are available.
• After one year of purchase, the diamond solitaire will be evaluated by John Najarian management team- whether for exchange or refund- taking into account international diamond prices and supply / demand.

Gold Jewelery

Exchange Policy:

• Within one week of purchase, a one-time exchange may be made for the same value provided the piece is in its original condition and the invoice is available.
• After one week of purchase, production costs of the original piece are deducted upon exchange.

Refund Policy:

• Within three days of purchase, a one-time refund may be made for the same value, provided that the piece is in its original condition and the invoice is available.
• After three days, refunded gold jewelry is subject to deductions.
• Gold pieces cannot be exchanged for gold coins and ounces.
