What is the process of jewelry customization?
Within one week of your initial meeting with our designer, we will produce a 3D model of your piece. Once the design is approved, the time frame for completion varies depending on the piece's intricacy and material availability.
Do you buy gold?
We can assist you in selling your jewelry.
What if the item I’m looking for is not on the website?
Please feel free to contact us so we can check whether the piece can be made for you. Some of our creations are one of a kind due to the lack of availability of the gemstones.
How can I pay, and do you have an installment payment service?
There are two methods of paying:
– Cash
– VISA
Yes, we have an installment payment service in collaboration with Capital Bank.

What is your return policy?
Our return and exchange terms vary depending on the type of jewelry (diamond jewelry, diamond solitaires, or gold jewelry) and how much time has passed since your purchase. In general, refunds and exchanges are accepted within a set period from the purchase date provided the piece is in its original condition and the invoice (and certificate, where applicable) is presented. Altered or used pieces may still be exchanged or refunded subject to a deduction. Special, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange or refund, though they may be repurchased at the current gold price less production costs.

Do you repair jewelry?
Yes, we do. You can drop by anytime, and we will either repair your piece instantly or within one week if it needs more work.
What is the difference between polished rings versus cleaned, and do you have this service?
Cleaning a ring involves immersing the ring in soapy water to remove soap scum and bring the brilliance back to the gems. Polishing involves many machines and hand-held tools to remove uneven or rustic surfaces.
What services do you offer – resizing, engraving, or redesigning jewelry?
In our shop, we won’t say no to you. We will offer you any service you desire, so yes, we can resize or engrave and redesign your jewelry.
Do you offer international shipping for your jewelry pieces?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries, depending on the ease and feasibility of shipping to the destination. Shipping fees may be covered by us for orders above 2,000 JD. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival will be paid by the client.
