Voucher Policy

First: Definition 

* A voucher is a card or code that grants the customer a discount or a specific credit that can be used to purchase products from John Najarian Jewelry. 

* Vouchers are issued on special occasions (such as holidays, seasons, or events). 

Second: Terms of Use 

* The voucher is valid for use at all John Najarian Jewelry branches or through its official platforms. 

* The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or converted into financial credit. 

* The voucher is valid for a specific period announced at the time of issuance and cannot be extended after expiration. 

* The voucher can be used only once, unless otherwise stated in the conditions. 

* Multiple vouchers cannot be combined in a single purchase unless this is announced in advance. 

Third: Exceptions 

* Vouchers cannot be used to purchase products already discounted or included in special offers, unless explicitly stated. 

* Vouchers do not cover repair or alteration services for jewelry. 

* This policy does not apply to vouchers purchased directly by customers, which remain valid according to their specific terms and conditions. 

Fourth: Responsibility 

* John Najarian Jewelry is not responsible for the loss or theft of the voucher after it has been delivered to the customer. 

* In case of a technical defect or error in the voucher, John Najarian Jewelry reserves the right to cancel it or replace it with a new voucher. 

Fifth: Issuance and Cancellation 

* John Najarian Jewelry reserves the right to amend or cancel any voucher at any time, with announcements made through official channels. 

* Vouchers are issued exclusively by management, and no employee is authorized to issue them individually without prior approval. 

Sixth: Legal Acceptance 

* By using the voucher, the customer automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above. 

* This policy is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
