Returns

1.1 You have the right to return any product purchased from John Najarian Fine Jewelry within two weeks of the purchase date, provided the product is in its original condition and unused, and accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice or certificate.

1.2 The product being returned must be accompanied by all its original packaging, tags, certificates, and any and all accessories or additional items that were included with it at the time of purchase.

1.3 John Najarian Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, altered, or damaged in any way, or if any of the original components discussed in section 1.2 are missing.

1.4 Returns of products sold during any promotional offer involving discounts or reductions are not accepted.

1.5 If a return request is approved, the amount you originally paid for the item will be refunded to you, minus any fees associated with the payment method, such as commissions.

Exchanges

2.1 You have the right to exchange any product purchased from John Najarian Fine Jewelry within one month of the purchase date, provided the product is in its original condition and unused, and accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice.

2.2 The product being exchanged must be accompanied by all its original accessories and goods, including, but not limited to, tags, certificates, and original packaging.

2.3 John Najarian Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been used, altered, or damaged in any way, or if any of the original components mentioned in section 2.2 are missing.

2.4 If the product you are exchanging for has a higher value than the product you originally purchased, you must pay the price difference between the two.

2.5 If the product you are exchanging for has a lower value than the product you originally purchased, John Najarian Fine Jewelry will either provide a voucher card for the price difference or compensate you for the difference.

Exceptions

3.1 Customized products (tailored to your preferences) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless determined to be defective.

3.2 Return and exchange policies for products may vary depending on whether they were obtained during a special promotional offer, clearance sale, or at a discounted price. This information should be provided to the customer at the time of purchase.

3.3 John Najarian Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the return of goods for exchange or refund.
